DESCRIPTION

This Townhouse is fully furnished in one of the most sort after streets in Semaphore located amongst the heritage listed buildings and area, the street is lined with Norfolk Island Pine trees on one side and Largs Bay to the North. The property is 10 houses from the beach and midway between Semaphore and Largs Jetties, 15 minutes walk to either.

If wineries are your thing, it is 1.5 hours south to the Southern Vales Wineries and the same to the north to the Barossa Valley.

Perhaps a day in the Adelaide City Centre, 20 minutes by car or you can catch the bus which is only 4 houses away, or catch the train from Peterhead station which is just 8 minutes walk away.

Perhaps a day at West Lakes is less demanding well that is only 10 minutes by car or 15 minutes by bus, if you want to get fit it's about an hours walk from here.

West lakes isn't your cup of tea? Not surprised, as a 10 minute walk along the beach to the south and you have every thing you want on Semaphore Road from local shopping, cafes, restaurants, hotels, Picture Theatre, speciality shops, and a library.

UPSTAIRS

3 large bedrooms all of which have built in robes, two of which have Queen size beds, the third a double bed and bunks. The landing has a reverse cycle Air Conditioner, a large desk and a bathroom comprising of bath, toilet and shower with gas hot water.

DOWNSTAIRS

The Spiral Staircase takes you down to the Dining Room, a fully equipped Kitchen which has a dishwasher, Combination Microwave Oven, fridge/freezer and electric hotplates. The laundry a washing machine, Iron and Ironing Board, Next to this is another shower and Toilet. Enjoy the lounge, watching TV, a DVD or just chatting. In winter cozy up to the warm gas fire.

ENTERTAINING AREA

In the rear yard, relax with a nice cold beer or glass of wine watching the fish swimming about in the reeds, or just talking about nothing, enjoying the sunshine and afternoon sea breeze.

POOL AREA

Behind the secure glass fencing there is a 55,000 litre swimming pool for your enjoyment and for those who visit in winter the pool is not heated but then again why not use the five person spa instead, which has lots of grunt so please hold on tight.

FRONT AREA

At the front of the property behind the 5' fencing and lockable gates the yard has parking for four vehicles. Included in this area is a carport capable of housing two cars or if you have brought your boat park it at the front door under cover. The beam clearance for a boat is 8'6 " or approximately 2.7 meters high and wide. The yard is the home of a 40 year old Dragon Blood Tree in amongst the garden bed.

Due to the property having a spiral staircase to the upper floor, Lavida Sand & Sea Stays may not be suitable for guests who have difficulty climbing stairs in particular the elderly and young children.
